A candidate who wishes to contest the results in the background check report can file a dispute directly by sending an email to the address disputes@peleza.com. Peleza will provide the source of information and together with the candidate re-investigate and address the dispute within 15 working days. The candidate has the full responsibility of correcting any wrong information held by institutions storing the disputed record.
